For Horses and Dogs Very complicated cases and cases requiring excessive time will be priced accordingly; as discussed with the owner Insurance claims paid at time of treatment are priced as above, however claims which have to be sent directly to the insurance company or are delayed will incur additional fees, which will be discussed with the owner

Travel Travel charges are priced at 40p per mile Travel charges will be shared if other owners are within the same locality
